Our AC unit broke on Tuesday and Nate Fisher from Fisher Energy was quick to respond. He spent time figuring out what happened and diagnosed the issue. He said he could install a unit as early as Friday. We were going to be out of town but he installed it the day after we got back. On time, efficient, communicative, patient, kind and helpful. He went out of his way to help me. His customer service is superb!

On Christmas Day 2022 New Hope Lutheran Church in Spring Mills lost 3 hearing/cooling units due to a flood caused by frozen pipes. Nathan came out on Christmas Day to get us temporary heat until he could replace the 3 units. He went above and beyond and we wanted to share our appreciation!
