We made the right choice with going with this company to repair our house after the fire! From day one until the last day, Dan and his team were great! He kept us up to date on the progress, answered all of our many questions, and genuinely seemed to care about us and getting this job completed. Our rebuild lasted almost one year. Not because of Property Restoration Group, but because of insurance and mortgage company issues. Property Restoration Group was very understanding when these issues came up, and got the job completed as quickly as they could. Jan 24. My summer cottage turned into a 'car wash' courtesy of a broken pipe in the upstairs bathroom. After abatement down to the studs, PRG came in with Scott (Project Manager), an Amish crew, and a plumber/electrician firm and reconstructed the entire house basement to attic. This was no small task which required an incredible amount of coordination and communication ... all of which they performed flawlessly. And thanks to their experience in matters like these they were flexible as I learned the ins and outs of dealing with an insurance company when you have a small mortgage. Although I hope never to be in a situation like this again I would not hesitate to use these folks for the process.
