This is a flooring supply store and warehouse that does both supply retail stores with product and serve the general public. They have common and specialty tools you can't find other places. They sell just about everything floor related, except carpet. Their wood and vinyl plank samples that you can pick from is both impressive and beautiful. I would have to say that other than the incredible number of items they have or can get for you, their customer service is second to none. Try it, I dare you. Try and find better service, I honestly don't think it exists.
