Come In during the summer months and get hot dogs on Friday's. Really friendly staff. They are a team that really compliments one another; Amber is really knowledgeable about her trade, Angel is passionate about customer satisfaction and service, and Sergio double checks and cross-references the products precisely, to make sure that I am getting the right product to meet the needs of my customers.

I've never had a problem with falling back on Johnstone Supply until now. I purchased a REME Halo and the cell went out within the warranty. RGF rep advised to take in the cell only, so I did. Once at the store, he asked me to go back and bring in the unit with the serial #. They did and replaced the ... with a bad cell. I called the branch and left a message; no return call or sense of urgency. I called corporate in Portland and explained the issue, and have yet to receive a call from the branch in DeSoto. I would rate it with no stars but I can't. I'll tell ya one thing, no more Johnstone Supply!!!!!!!!!!; WELL, ONLY IF LOW $ AND/OR IN A BIND. Update 4/26/19: Sergio and Angel took care of the warranty exchange. They were both helpful in the confusing process.

Provided them with a part # for one of their manufacturing partners. They told me that they would not attempt to quote/sell me the part as it was a nonstock item and would be too much trouble to do so... and there would be freight charges associated with the order. If you aren’t willing to pickup the phone and call a manufacturer that you are partnered with to make an easy sale, then you have terrible customer service.

today 02/15/19 I went to the jonstone suply store located at 9050 autobahn Dr to get a motor under warranty all service went ok 5 to 6 minutes later while i was driving pull over to gas station and i notice that i had left my wallet at the store call somebody answer let know the situation she said no one answer at the store but she going to return my call later i call again few minutes later and a different person says he was only helping with the phone transfer call and another person that said my wallet wasnt there i wish i had enough gas in my truck tank it was almost empty so i barely made home I would have liked to look at their faces and have t them tell me that my wallet did no stay there when i pull the information they asked for from my wallet no bad i guess that was $740 dls
