The day after Christmas our kitchen disposal stopped working and our sink backed up—terrible timing. We called Fitzgerald and Sons first thing in the morning, and someone was at our house within 30 minutes. They first tried to repair the disposal, but it was simply too far gone. They then gave us a quote to replace it, we approved the work, and they got everything taken care of quickly and professionally. After the work was already done, they let us know—without us even realizing—that the disposal had originally been installed by them almost a year prior and was still under warranty, meaning the service and replacement were covered. We called at 8am and explained our Rinnai tankless water heater was not heating the water and were told they would send someone out the same day, in the afternoon. Within 30 minutes we were called back and they said someone was on the way! Gerald and Derrick arrived and were very professional and very knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem quickly and also repaired the problem quickly. They were straightforward, honest and there were no games!
