Five Star Flooring

Right now we have agreed to have baseboards, all appliances and toilet and sink removed in our quote and agreement with Chris. We removed the toilet and baseboards in our half-bath on our own not to get a discount but because we needed to fix a ceiling fan. They did not remove the dishwasher after the tile had been removed from the space to be left as was. We were told that tomorrow was going to be laying tile. So 70 year old husband is working tonight to get dishwasher disconnected on his back.

Owner Mr Rainey is a awesome guy. Workers do a excellent job at doing flooring and I won't go anywhere else to get get my floors done. James Wright did our flooring and will ask for him again.

The initial estimate did not include all the rooms in my house. The Den was left off the estimate. I was charged an amount of $899.00 for the Den which was not fair. Would not recommend this Company to install carpet or any flooring.

Horrible experience. From salesperson, to crew(s), to owner I hope to never cross paths with them again. What was supposed to be a 2 day session became a 7 day ordeal mainly because the crew couldn't show up on time the worst being 8 hours after what was promised. Having to spend more money on fixing the mistakes and items broken.
