A company that lives up to it's name! Magnificent upgraded Island! We wanted to make our kitchen island bigger and add cabinets to the front. Right from the start Five Star Kitchen Design was attentive, spot on with what I was looking to accomplish, and produced an end result that exceeded our expectations. Rachel came up with the perfect design that looks 100% professional. Dario promptly came out to measure and was an absolute pleasure to meet. Una was incredibly attentive and great at communicating through the installation process. We are delighted and highly recommend Five Star to anyone requiring their services!

We just finished a major kitchen remodel including cabinet design and installation with Five Star, and we were totally satisfied with the results. Rachel was very helpful during the design process, quickly understanding our preferences and coming up with a plan that worked well for us. We asked for a couple of design changes at the eleventh hour, and Rachel immediately found some great alternatives and took care of the changes in a way that made us feel comfortable. I must say that in my time in working with different suppliers , shops; Five star kitchen design really went above and beyond for our vision. Una, Rachel, Dario made sure all of the material that was ordered met my timelines. The team is very professional and polite when working with you. Not only is the team effective in the way they work but making sure material was delivered to me on time was very impressive. I live over an hour away from the shop and not once did we experience any delays. They work well as a team and met all expectations we had. The team provided us vivid renderings of materials, amazing quality product and price points were just as good as everywhere else. We purchased an $8,000 Dekton countertop from 5-Star Millwork in Pearl River NY, and they subcontracted with Faithful Countertops to do the work. The difference between the date the countertop was promised to be installed and the actual final, error-free installation was 2 months. This 2 month delay caused us time, money and aggravation. During the multiple problems that occurred during these 2 months, 5-Star Millwork in Pearl River NY did nothing to help us resolve the issues. In order to get the job completed we had to do all the negotiations with Faithful Countertops to make them fix the work they had done incorrectly. Una Grey and Barbara Reid of 5-Star Millwork were aware of the multiple problems and did not advocate for us, and did not fulfill their part of our business contract. W
