From the communication when I first called, to the man that came out to perform the service. They were wonderful, friendly,and professional! The technician was Nick he was well-organized, and efficient. I felt confident in his knowledge and work ethic. Definitely a wonderful company to work with.

Repairman came to our house to inspect a stove issue and after he left the stove no longer worked. They refused to come back to look into the issue to see if he could have damaged it, and insisted that if they did they would charge us a service fee to do so. Took them multiple days to get back to us. Unbelievably awful customer service. Would not recommend.

Fantastic and prompt service! The commercial oven at our bakery stopped working, and they very quickly sent a professional to diagnose the issue and rush order a new part, which was installed the next day. Not only was the part replaced, but the very knowledgeable technician rewired our oven so the issue causing the part to fail wouldn't recur. An excellent experience that really helped out our business! Exceptional customer service! Update: We also had a commercial refrigerator acting up a couple months later, and the technician (Aaron) had it serviced in no time! He really went above and beyond, and we appreciate his help and expertise. Great experience with Five Star both service times!

Called the line afterhours 8/29/2024. The Gentleman who answered was super helpful and informative. Being that they provided that much value over a phone call, after hours, I know they're a great company. They're coming out tomorrow to diagnose my Commerical Freezer
