Gani and his team were incredible. We had significant water damage in our finished basement and felt hopeless. Five Star Restoration made it look as good as new. They were efficient, cleaned up after themselves, and were reasonably priced. Would 10/10 recommend.

Five Stars Restoration helped us through the process of restoring our home after a broken water pipe caused massive flooding. They were there on the day it happened to begin the mitigation of the water damage and continued to serve our needs through the entire restoration. Every crew and individual who worked on the carpet and LVT flooring, the painting and cabinetry, and the removal and replacement of furniture were top-tier professionals who took pride in their craft. The owner of the company made several in-person visits to make sure that all of our needs and desires were satisfied, and that the work was done quickly with high quality. I had a family living in the basement with 3 children. NO ONE could come help me. I found 5 star restoration and Gani Berisha came out within 25 minutes and assessed the damage. Gani and his team at Five Stars Restoration are truly one of a kind. Time and time again, Gani went above and beyond to deliver excellent service and help us with our issues. Over the summer in richmond, there was a few days of intense rain and our house suffered some water damage. He helped us with the water mitigation and repairs.
