Kevin has worked on several plumbing projects in our home-toilet replacement x4, sink replacement x2, serviced out hot water heater and fixed some leaky faucets. He even installed our reverse osmosis system and our new kitchen sink! He's a great communicator and provides excellent quality service. We call him for any and all of our plumbing needs.

Had a great experience working with Kevin and Wallace to replace our hot water heater and add a circulating pump. We now have hot water so fast, it's amazing. It is obvious they have many years of experience, communication and work was prompt and professional, and the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Fix It All!

We were not as lucky as others. Our (one) representative was nice and showed up on time....but after “4 hours” of troubleshooting we found out that our problem was a simple faucet turn on an exterior shower. Their hourly rate is $135. You do the math. Plus some new parts that he thought might be the problem before recognizing the actual one. So basically a $700 bill for nothing to be wrong. On top of that he asked to use our meat thermometer to test the temperature of the water coming out of the faucet.... are you not equipped with better technology than that for my $700 bill? Kicking myself that I did not get a quote beforehand because I would have never ever paid this much to turn a faucet. I get that labor is high but this seems very extreme to me considering the labor was not new const

We had frozen and burst pipes. I called and Kevin was able to respond quickly and efficiently. I like the fact they charge by 15 min increments and the rates are reasonable. I will use them again.
