If they could get zeros star, I would! Do not get with this company my warranty company hired them because I just moved into my new home and my refrigerator is broken. The water is leaking inside. I do not have drinking water and it doesn’t make ice. They have came to my property three different time and only temporary fix it a few hours later my fridge is back broken when I had a second company look they told me certain parts need to be replaced, but the model of my fridge no longer is being made so they recommended to just tell the warranty company to replace my fridge. This is month two of me having no working refrigerator. I call my warranty company to let them know what’s going on. They say they cannot move forward with the replacement process without this company telling them it need

Absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever had at my house. I would NEVER use them again. They improperly installed a Garbage Disposal and it led to almost burning out my Dishwasher. I attempted to contact them at least 10 times and they do not answer and were of no help. Stay far away from this company at all costs. I should have read the reviews prior, but my home warrantee company contracted with them. 0 Stars if it was an option

Had a problem with my dryer that it was making noise but it was drying the clothes. They lied in the report that was made. The tech came replaced the Thermal Cut Off Fuse with a bad/used part that he had in his tool box. The part he used was not even rapped in a plastic bag. It was latterly a used part. After he left the dryer made worse noises and stoped heating. I called them 5 minutes after he left, they said he will get the part and come back. He didn’t show up and told me that Julio the owner will call me back and he never did. they kept hanging up on me with no answer to my calls or texts. Pictures of the bad part they installed. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company by all means.

Worst customer service ever. Took 8 weeks and still hadn’t properly diagnosed cause / ordered wrong parts - misdiagnosis caused part put on not working. We had to pay out of pocket and they kept ordering parts without even coming back to diagnose issue. The receptionist told me they’ve already been to house twice. I believe they order parts to make more on labor charge for home warranty. I reported them to my warranty company. AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!! They don’t even show up with ladders and proper tools. A Scam!

Shady shady.... guy lied and said he was going to order parts. But reported to insurance that it was not covered. I think he saw the 3 rusted bolts he was going to have to fight for 2 hours like I had to and ran.
