Fixity Appliance Repair

My review is about the technician who came to my house. His name is Irakli Gogratchadze. My washing machine was making some weird noises, he was able to diagnose and fix the problem. I was very impressed with his patience and knowledge and would highly recommend him to come to your house to fix appliances.

Please do yourself a favor and don’t use this company. I hired them to service my GE Washer that started leaking after only 1.5 years of usage. They came out and and determined that the unit had a gasket that went bad. After getting an exorbitant quote of over $600 to replace the gasket, we contacted GE to complain. GE told us the unit should not be leaking after 1.5 years, and although it was out of warranty, they would pay Fixity (approved GE vendor) to fix it. We were extremely thankful that GE offered to do that. GE contracted Fixity directly to come back and replace the gasket and they were scheduled to come today between 1-5PM. They showed up and it was the same guy who diagnosed the problem initially. He said he didn’t have the parts because he was sent to fix a refrigerator. I call

Was happy to have Fixity diagnose and resolve my issue with my washer. Andrei came out ran some tests and determined the issue initially. He then told me what parts he needed to order and would come back to install once they arrived. Sure enough he arrived to install the parts and had everything back up and running very quickly. Thanks again.

Fixity appliance is my ‘go to’ appliance repair shop after coming across them a year ago with a kitchenaid dishwasher repair. Sasha was the technician that came out and diagnosed it correctly after another company failed to diagnose and fix the issue at hand. Sasha is respectful and a professional technician. He is mindful of the cleanliness of his work. He had my dishwasher all taken apart in about 15 minutes flipped sideways and was quick to keep everything dry and clean during the dishwasher repair. Today 4/22/2024 a month later after the dishwasher repair my oven had a broken glass issue inside the door. Sasha had that fixed in about 10 minutes and made sure the door worked and everything was lined up correctly. Thank you Sasha and Fixity Appliance Repair for your service again today.

Terrible service. What a joke of a company. The Technician who came didn't give us a name, parked his truck on my lawn leaving ruts, tech had my washer propped against the wall scratching the paint. Tech made our entire house smell horrendous he also left heavy broken parts that he replaced for my pregnant wife to throw out. Called to ask about these issues and was given an attitude by someone I could barely understand. Will be tell home depot and the BBB that this company needs to not be doing service
