Jeremy completely three projects. The major project was a complete rehabbing of the den which involved many painstaking steps. Jeremy is very meticulous about his work and open to suggestions.The project entailed stripping and sizing the walls along with stripping and sanding the hardwood floors down to its original. My home is almost 80 years old and Jeremy was able to blend the look of the den floors into the hallway and living room seamlessly. The walls were repapered with a faux grass paper and the seams were match perfectly. The wainscoting and window shutters were custom made. The finished product exceeded my expectations. We hired Jeremy from “Fixsy” to repair an area on the roof around our bathroom vent pipe that had been leaking. Jeremy responded promptly to our inquiry. He discussed his ideas for the best solution including using UV resistant materials. He offered to complete the project right away knowing that more rain was on the way. He added new waterproofing membrane under the surrounding shingles and installed a new rubber / aluminum flashing and finished with a UV resistant plastic shroud covering the vent pipe and boot. We are confident we will be nice and dry for a long time thanks to Jeremy’s knowledge and skill at fixing our problem. We now have Jeremy lined up for some other projects we have on our wish list !

I would highly recommend Fixsy (Jeremy) for any home improvement project. We recently had a work done or our garage to replace rooted wood and seal all entry points from above and below the garage to prevent rodents from getting in. All the work was detailed ahead of time and completed promptly. We did a before walk through and after inspection and Jermey made sure we understood everything and the job was done to our expectations. Jeremy is extremely friendly and easy to work with. A very well run, reliable business that I will surely use again. My daughter and I have a townhouse we are planning to sell , and the master bath showed signs of poor painting and caulking when originally done. Also, when opening a ceiling vent to clean it, some of the ceiling paint flaked off, leaving a mark that needed repair. The entire job was quoted out using an efficient site through which I was able to make av50% deposit and pay the balance once the job was completed. I highly recommend this company.
