I took two blank keys in along with the original to get cut and the woman behind the counter couldn't get it right after two attempts. I work at a Kawasaki dealership and obtained two genuine Kawasaki blank keys, so when this woman made a comment while making the second attempt at cutting the keys about 'after market keys', I knew she was making excuses to cover her own complete incompetence. Now I'm out $27 thanks to Flagstaff Lock and Key on Steves Blvd, suite #3. Due to the poor workmanship and employee's bad attitude, I will never be back. Better off going to a key cut kiosk.

Super fast, knowledgeable, and all around great staff! Got 2 keys cut and purchased for less than $10! Would recommend and will comeback if any keys are needed.

DON'T Waste your $$$. Rude and Incompetent. Lady took our Factory Ninja Keys to cut 2 duplicates. She cut them WRONG 2 times. We wasted our time, money and gas to go back 2nd time. She still SCREWED them up and gave us flippant attitude that it was OUR Fault. This is what they do for a living and they can't get it right. What a JOKE!!!! SCAMMERS

Super nice, I had a lock that was stuck, and he lubricated it and got it open and didn’t charge me a thing! Very sweet! just traveling through town, would highly recommend!
