Flameworks Fireplace and Chimney

I’ve had an excellent experience with this company, especially with Quinton, the technician, who has handled my fireplace maintenance the past couple of years. He is efficient, professional, and genuinely friendly, and he does a great job troubleshooting and resolving any issues. It’s clear he takes real pride in his work, which is especially appreciated these days. I also really value having the same person come out each year, it builds trust and makes the whole process easy and comfortable. The service is always thorough and reliable, and I highly recommend them.

I had a fantastic experience with Flameworks Fireplace and Chimney. The two technicians were extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. They did an amazing job, and the quality of their work really stood out. Communication was clear and timely throughout the process. I also appreciated how well they cleaned up after themselves and were very considerate with my pets. I highly recommend their services!

Very disappointed in their service this time. Several years ago, the technician did a thorough job cleaning and servicing our gas log fireplace. The company website lists this service as a 2-hour service for $349. This time the technician spent a total of 15 minutes here and I didn't witness him do much of anything, especially any cleaning. Yet I was still charged the full $349. Additionally, the remote control that turns on the fireplace had been malfunctioning. The technician said I needed a new one and he would email me the price of a new remote within 15 minutes of getting back to his vehicle and then follow-up with a phone call. I received neither an email nor a call. I emailed the company and got a response they would call me the next day. That was 5 days ago and nothing. Clearly, th

The guys at Flameworks are awesome. The ease of scheduling is great (schedule online? Yes please!) and they were able to be accommodating when adjustments were needed. They leave no trace behind of a job that could easily be very messy and they always answer any questions I have. Gladly recommend them to anyone with a chimney/fireplace!

Tyler did an amazing job cleaning our chimney and fireplace getting it ready for winter. Was on time, courteous, and a pleasure to do business with. Reasonable pricing, too. Highly recommend if you live in the Maryville or Knoxville area!
