Flanders Service Experts

We had the heating go out at our rental property last night. An appointment was scheduled for today and Jeff B came by to repair our oil burner. Although it was running fine at the time, Jeff knew exactly what was wrong from my description and proceeded to replace a failing 'AC Ready' switch on the burner. Jeff was extremely professional, proficient and friendly - thanks Jeff and Flanders!

I cannot praise Dylan, technician from Flanders Heating and Air Conditioning enough for his technical expertise, professionalism and honest assessment. He was able to troubleshoot and fix my burner quickly and cared enough to explain the process clearly, answering all my questions and even offering multiple solutions for a future service I need. He is a true asset to the company and represents them in an exceptional manner. I’ve had many technicians come to my home over the years and Dylan is by far, unmatched. He goes above and beyond to make a positive impact on your comfort and peace of mind.

It was a pleasure to have Liam service my boiler, hot water and split. He was very thorough, professional and courteous. It is refreshing to feel you are getting an honest assessment particularly in these difficult times

Veryyyyyy Grateful for this company! Woke up with no heat this Morning and they were at my house in 2 hours from my call! The Tech Dan C was awesome! I was freaking out about the bill and he was transparent and HONEST! He could have charged me for anything and everything and didn’t! Thank you SO MUCH Flanders Heating & AC! Will tell EVERYONE I know to use them!

DOOO NOT JOIN THEIR SERVICE CONTRACT !! We joined a service contract with them. We had an issue and call them to come they originally told my husband end of February because they are very busy. As I understand they are busy but why sell more service contracts then your team can handle ? Obviously it’s going to be busy during the coldest months of the year. I called back and they stated someone would come today as I told them end of February is unacceptable. They sent someone over and nothing was fixed nothing was done so what did we pay for ? A day later we now have no heat /hot water because the boiler isn’t working. Maybe if they contacted us for the 6 month service it would have been avoided .
