Flannery's Home Improvements

Mr. Flannery continues to help me in a pinch. He has repaired vinyl siding on my home after storms on two different occasions - years apart. Each time I called, I was in a state of worry about further damage to my home from heavy rainstorms and/or high winds. Both times, Mr. Flannery responded quickly and just -in-time preventing water damage and loss of siding panels. Mr. Flannery is professional and fair with a sense of humor. I appreciate that and thank him!

I bought my first house this Spring and had several projects along the way that needed to be completed in order to be in good standing. I found Leo's information on Google and found that he was a local carpenter. i called him up and he came right over to inspect my front porch and back deck that needed some planks replaced as the wood was beginning to rot. Project is doable. he said he would be back to me in a couple days with an estimate. He never contacted me back. I called him 4 days later to follow up and left him a message, he didn't respond. I called him the next day and left another message. He never responded. I found this to be very unprofessional. If you are not interested or believe you can't take on someone's project, you should communicate that. I've heard of 'ghosti

Leo fixed my storm door at a minimal price. He could have charged me way more. He’s a nice and an honest man. Bravo!
