Our team of movers were the absolute best; I couldn’t have asked for better! They were so friendly and easy to talk to, they were flexible and accommodating, and they worked incredibly hard from the minute they walked through the door until the minute they left. The only way I’d ever move again is if I could guarantee I had the same team of men. Additionally, we had two little ones running around (3 and 1) and the guys were great with them too! They were patient with the kids and talked with them throughout the day. Lastly, the men ensured everything was packed and moved perfectly; they were so careful with everything they handled. I highly recommend Olympia as their entire service team and crew made my life so much easier and less stressful.

My wife and I moved last week and we couldn't have had a more positive experience. Starting with the beginning conversations and virtual walk through of our house with Ryan to the incredible job done by the team that showed up at our house on moving day we couldn't have been happier and well taken care of. I would recommend Olympia to anyone I know who is moving.

Highly-recommend Olympia for moving! All members of the team were phenomenal from the intake personnel to the prep team to the movers. I felt very prepared and well informed. On moving day, the 6 man crew could not have been more professional, friendly and helpful. A++ for an all-around great experience!

I have moved many times with the US Army over the past 35+and never lost anything nor had any issues. HOWEVER, I paid for this move myself with Olympia. WORST MOVE EVER. They "lost" my tools and workbench materials, handmade collector wine glasses, wine racks, many collectibles, clothes, a set of dishes, and so much more. I had a great experience working with Ryan Hagerty initially. He assured me my things would be in great hands.The guys came, packed ,and moved my things into storage. I had two friends there watching everything. Over one year later I had my possessions delivered to another state. That is when the BS started. Zero stars if I could- I am a move manager who was prepared to give this company my business- the last move we had my sales person Patrick left me out in the cold waiting for the truck for 45 minutes- I had paid three men $150 total to shovel out the snow for the truck to gain entrance to the Loading Dock - the truck LEFT - I thought the were going aroudn the block - they never came back ! Patrick jumped on a Sales call - texted me he could not speak to me for 45 minutes- he never told me the truck left, the truck driver would not answer the his phone- i waited - had no idea what was happening - embarrassed as my senior client kept calling me to find out what was going on- when Patrick did finally call me 50 minutes later he started screaming at me as though I did something wrong- not a
