Flash Sanitation & Excavating

Flash Sanitation installed my drainage field and a diverter valve. After having my septic pumped by a different company, they were unable to locate the diverter valve. I called Flash to find and turn the diverter valve. Flash’s service technician identified a tube exiting the ground as the one holding the diverter valve, but said his tool was too short and I would have to pay for them to make one long enough. I paid $90 for a tool to be made, only to be told they still could not turn it. The owner instructed me to clean out the tube with a shop vac. After 4 hours of sucking up dirt from this tube, I called Flash, twice, and asked if they were sure this was the correct tube. Customer service was awful. Bought our house a few years ago and had to call flash sanitation as my normal company was full an I needed help now unfortunately. I was treated with a horribly rude receptionist who told me I have had service through them when I in-fact have not, the people prior did. When the guys came out to pump our septic they tore up my yard not only disrespected my husband but my property. When confronted about it they refused to act like they did anything wrong at all. NEVER again these people have awful service. I would rather pay twice as much than go back to them.

Absolutely outstanding work. My lift tank pump went out, and my sewer was full to the brim. Within 17 hours of calling them, they have come out, pumped it out and replaced my pump. Excellent customer service, along with quality work and that kind of turnaround makes for one happy customer! Thank you Flash!!!

Easy to work with the staff. Accommodated delivery services. Helped make sure no one outside of the event could use the port-a-potty until the time we needed. Thanks Jack for delivering the units!
