Flash Water And Fire Restoration

I just want to give a loud shout out to Flash Water and Fire Restoration for the stellar service we received. We suffered water damage on Saturday night. By Sunday we knew it was more than we could manage ourselves. We called Flash Restoration and Nick, the owner arrived almost immediately - within a few hours. He was professional - friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He had a crew there for us the next day. Charlie, Eddie, Gabe, and Joe worked relentlessly, getting stuff out of the basement and tearing up carpets and drywall. We filled a 30 ft. dumpster. They were fast, professional and polite, as well as funny, and compassionate. They worked well together as a team. It helped make a terrible loss, easier. I would highly recommend them. Nick came by today and installed 3 new toilets. They did a great job and were very professional. They explained the water shutoffs were bad and replaced. They added new water lines. They used larger bolts to hold down the toilet. They were very nice, friendly, fast and helpful. Thank you Nick! Jason K

They are sensitive to the needs of those of us trying to save properties from the storm damage and are juggling many clients very well.
