My husband and I were thrilled to work with Doug and Alex on the purchase of our dream home in 2024. Their skilled craftsmanship is second to none, and design aesthetic spot on. They are collaborative, accessible, and stand behind their work. But you get more than that when working with them. You get a rare relationship with your builder that extends beyond the closing date. We wouldn’t hesitate to use MDG Builders for any future projects, or to recommend them to our closest friends and family.

MDG built our home in Hinsdale in 2021 and it was one of the best experiences we could have asked for as new homeowners. Doug and Alex are meticulous to every detail of the home. They really pour their heart and time into their projects. One of the best qualities that stood out to me was their organization and communication. Everything was so perfectly organized and written out every step of the way. The building process seemed so seamless with their expertise and guidance. We have been in our home 3 years now and it looks just the way it did when we moved in. The cabinetry , flooring, crown molding are beautiful and amazing quality. Doug and Alex are very accessible to this day to address any questions we may have and they’ve felt like family. We could not recommend MDG more!!!

I cannot say enough about MDG! Doug, Alex, and every single tradesman that was a part of our kitchen project were fantastic! Things were completed exactly when they said they would be, the quality of the materials and work was outstanding, and Doug took great care to ensure a clean and efficient work site. After using quite a few contractors on various projects over the past 10 years, MDG will be my first and only call for all other renovations.
