I cannot recommend Flat Roofing Experts. Tim and his team convinced me that their silicone roofs were high quality and durable, but the installation was done negligently. The silicone was poured onto the existing tar and gravel roof without correct preparation leading to rapid deterioration and leaks. Within just three years, I started experiencing leaks. Although Tim guaranteed his work, he found a way to void the warranty at the first opportunity. I've had multiple roofers come out, and they all agreed that the installation was poorly done. I strongly advise against doing business with Flat Roofing Expert LLC

Flat Roofing Experts replaced the old tar and gravel flat roof on my father's townhouse for us. The roofing was old and and the parapets were in really bad shape. Timofey Grinevich oversaw the roof replacement and the team from Flat Roofing Experts did an excellent job. The attention to detail, the repairs, and the actual installation of the silicone roofing system were done in a very professional manner. Tim and his team, including the office staff were extremely friendly and helpful and always willing to address any questions or concerns. I couldn't have been more pleased with the finished product. Tim and his crew are outstanding. First off meeting Tim at the evaluation/consult, he is very straightforward and upfront with everything. He gives his opinion and if asked the opposite side of his opinion to the best of his ability. We had to redo our roof, and got a few quotes, Tim was the best of explaining what happened and what they were going to do to fix it. He took his time and answered all our questions. The roof repair process was good. The crew left very few signs/traces they were there, despite a large job and moving parts. We ended up with the Silicone Roof, which works very well in New Mexico. We also had some pigeon netting installed. Overall we are thankful for Tim and his crew. He stands by his work and we are hopeful our roof is good for the next 20 years. Would

Tim was incredibly thorough, and he explained things in much greater detail than any other company I looked into. We opted for a silicone roof replacement, which hadn't even been offered by competing companies. Everyone else we contacted seem to specialize only in TPO, but the quality and endurance of silicone, as well as the price, are far superior, at least for our needs. I felt confident with Tim's expertise and am happy with him and his team. I would recommend Flat Roofing Experts in a heartbeat.
