I was extremely pleased with Flatiron Plumbing. They were able to come out the same day that I called and Anthony the technician was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. We have used them several times now and have always been very pleased.

The technician, Anthony, was great, professional, efficient, and did solid work after he had to go get parts. The price was quoted upfront and I agreed, not knowing the job would take under 30 minutes or be as simple as capping two water lines and one gas line with easy access. The $575 final bill later felt well above market. When I contacted the office, I did not ask for a specific price reduction. I intentionally left any adjustment to their judgment, in good faith, believing they would assess what was reasonable. Instead, I was told that because I accepted the quote, I needed to state what the job was “worth.” When I declined to name a number and asked them to determine a fair adjustment, the office manager became rude and refused any consideration. I contacted Arvada Flatirons Plumbing for resolution on a water issue late in the afternoon. They scheduled us for the first appointment the following day. I received notification my tech would Anthony who arrived timely. We discussed my issue with a leaking stack pipe as evidence by water in the basement. Anthony said he would do an inspection to determine source of the leak. He quickly determined the source. We were given several options for correcting the water leak on the cracked fitting. Once we selected the fix, he quickly got to work. It's was within the walls from the upper bathrooms. During his work , a second tech , Paul show up to assist as the plumbing ran thru 3 Floors. From my very first contact with Flatirons, I was impressed with their quick response to my plumbing issue, getting me on the schedule quickly, and then repairing my leak in a timely fashion. Steven was very professional and got the job done when he said he would. The only issue I had, I felt they over charged me for the work performed. But their work performed, was 5 star.

A visit yesterday from Flatirons Plumbing was a pleasure. Caesar arrived on time and immediately knew what our problem was. After checking his truck for the part that he needed (he had one), the repair was quick and our leaking drain was fixed - I had tried to repair it but knew I did not have the right part and was hesitant to attempt buying, let alone installing, what was needed. Caesar was a delight to work with, personable, knowledgeable, very focused on helping us resolve our problem, and should we have other plumbing problems in the future we shall always call Flatirons Plumbing. . . and ask for Caesar!
