Flawless Heating and Air

Our AC went out late one night, so I called Flawless and they showed up within 30 minutes. He made a determination of what the problem was. Our air was gonna be out for a day. They offered to get us window units from their office to keep us comfortable. He gave us options & we chose getting a new condensing unit outside ours only lasted 22 years lol. We felt we got a fair price with great service with options. Thanks Kyle

We were asked to have our unit checked before we closed on the sale of our house. Our realtor suggested we call Kyle once the company we usually use, and won't be using anymore, never returned our call. So glad we did because Flawless Heating and Air was very proffessional and friendly. I received a text with an ETA and an email with a link to their customer portal all before they even arrived. Kyle was quick to respond to my needs. He arrived, checked out the problem and explained what the problem could have been. He was very professional and easy to talk to. He advised he would stay in touch over the next few weeks to see if the unit was experiencing any more problems. He will definitely be our HVAC contact for all future HVAC problems.
