Contacted Theriot’s after hour via chat box on their web site for furnace repair. I called them the next morning and Mariah was pleasant and assured me that Chris (office manager) had technician scheduled. Was notified via text when technician was in route. Jeremy ( technician) had to order a part. When the part arrived Mariah called me and scheduled repairs. Jeremy was scheduled to arrive between 3:00 and 5:00. He arrived promptly at 3:00 and was very cordial and professional. Repairs were done at a good value price wise. I will be using Theriot’s for any HVAC needs. Highly recommended.

Excellent as always. We replaced my ten year old thermostat with a user friendly wi-fi touchscreen that also includes the phone App. I can adjust my thermostat from anywhere. Corey isn’t just knowledgable, he’s patient with my technology challenged efforts. We also added an air scrubber with ultraviolet light to my unit. I’ve been using Theriots for a decade and won’t use anyone else. They are honest, fair, knowledgable and locally owned.

Zach is always friendly and quick when servicing our AC, as well as knowledgeable of the system. Appreciate his help as well as the help from office staff! Easy to work with and quick to schedule! Always on time or ahead of schedule! They also keep you informed of the status of when the tech is scheduled, when they are actually their way, and you have a photo of who is coming (for safety reasons).

Everything went smooth and the guys installing the unit were very nice and explained everything to us. Robbie, Mariah and Chris were also very professional and extremely nice in accommodating us! I would recommend Theriot’s Heating and AC 100%.
