Very disappointed with the level of workmanship on a home I purchased that was reroofed in 2018 by FB. The owner was very dismissive about the leaks I was experiencing over my patio and kitchen, claimed it was due to storm damage. He prescribed a series of repairs that didn’t fix the issue. He nor any of his employees even bothered to really check what the roof looked like or got into the attic to inspect the damage. He claimed to use satellite imagery to diagnose the issue. I had 3 other local roofing companies come out and state the roof has no storm damage at all, but the issues I was experiencing were due to poor workmanship.
