Fleming Town Highway Department

I have a well for water at my home, so I get water here for my garden and pool. The water dispenser used to take pre purchased tokens or quarters but has been "upgraded" to only take credit cards. It doesn't tell you what you owe and it doesn't print a receipt. I don't see the reasoning behind eliminating the coin acceptor unless it's to show the town that they're "doing" something. Too bad they never asked the public....
