Great company to work with from start to finish! Our consultation with Brad was straightforward and detailed. He answered all our questions and was responsive all along. Our Foreman, Augustine, was kind, highly skilled, and got the job done so quickly and beautifully. We are thrilled with our new deck!

We had a wonderful experience with Dustin from Fletcher Homes when he came out to give us an estimate for our bathroom project. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to truly listen to all of our ideas. Dustin thoughtfully considered everything we wanted and helped create a plan that perfectly fits our vision and our needs. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping his customers bring their projects to life. We felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. We had two appointments with Dwayne to plan and estimate our screened porch and paver patio project in Midlothian, VA. Dwayne was nothing short of exceptional through both appointments. He was accommodating, respectful of our time, provided valuable feedback, and did not push us towards things we did not want. Zero complaints! In finalizing our project, we were stuck between Fletcher and another builder. I worked with James at Fletcher to finalize a proposal as Dwayne was out of town. Within just a day’s time, James had ironed-out a proposal within our budget which met our requirements. James and his team won our business because they were prompt, reasonable, and communicative when it came down to it. We are paying a touch more for Fletcher over the competing builder but feel we will gain

Our adventure with Fletcher Home has just begun, so I will update this when the adventure ends. Our salesman is Andy Hill, and he is the best! He was right on time for our appointment, and our little dog approved, so he gets kudos for that. When he sat at our table, he noticed our mat said, “faith and family.” He noted that “faith, family, honesty and excellence” are the core values of Fletcher Home. Talk about an interest catcher! From there, I was hooked. It was a long, thorough process, but Andy was not at all pushy. We felt comfortable talking with him. We are convinced that our 2 baths are going to be great once the installation is completed.
