Steve came and assessed my concerns, took measurements to determine what I would need in supplies, and provided the labor cost. There are always the unknowns when starting a new project. Steve partnered with me on some concerns and provided the best fix and long-term reasoning for handling the issues. Within a week, I had new flooring, quarter trim installed, flooring installation on the staircase and some painting, a new back door, and new wax rings on all toilets removed for the floor installation.
