Garrett was excellent to work with. He came out yesterday to inspect our current garage door opener, explained what was going on, and confirmed that it needed to be replaced. Garrett is amazing! He's prompt, honest, and very professional. He diagnosed my issue is just a few moments and had my door working great in no time. In addition, he checked out my other door and recommended adding support struts to both doors to prevent further damage (metal was cracked on the top of both doors and would noticeably sag in the middle when lifting.) It took him 10 minutes to complete the task and my doors are working better than they have in years! He was at my house less than an hour and revitalized both of my doors.
