Flipclean Gutters

We bought our house in 2007 knowing it had the flip gutter system. Here we are 18 years later; my gutters system works like a charm. It literally takes me less than 2 minutes to clean all of my gutters. No ladders, no mess, and most importantly SAFEETY with this system is the best feature. Recently, I was cleaning my gutters, a contractor was across the street working on a neighbor's house when he noticed the ease and comfort of me cleaning my gutters. I cannot say enough good things about FlipClean gutters. They have been on our house for almost 40 years and they still work like a charm, even on the third story in the back of the house. After the tornado in Bon Air a few years ago they were very quick to respond and make the necessary replacements. They even threw in a new and improved flip pole! I have had numerous friends and neighbors put them on after seeing ours in operation. Cleans our gutters in less than fifteen minutes without having to use a ladder. One of the best investments we've ever made in our home.

We have had these gutters installed on our last 2 houses, the first one purchased in 1999 and our present one purchased in 2010. The first one had one problem with a full-length second-story gutter that strong winds would occasionally flip. They promptly fixed that with a clip system they had already invented. Otherwise they are still working flawlessly on that house. All has been seamless (pun intended) on the second house. And oh, by the way, several neighbors houses have ended up with them, too. They see us cleaning them and come over to check them out.

The previous owner had the flipclean gutters installed. I have called and emailed Flipclean Gutters without a response numerous times to have the gutters re-slopped. The need to re-slope was not due to the fault of Flipclean. My call was returned on 9/26/22 by Mr. Faye. He called to schedule an estimate for 9/27/22. He also explained that he might night get to the job immediately due to how busy the company is, but he would try to get to me as soon as he could. Based on our conversation, I feel he will take care of my request regarding re-slopping the gutters. I'll keep you posted. When we bought our house almost 5 years ago, it had Flipclean gutters in place. We had extensive remodeling done and some were removed by the contractors. After a year and a half of workman, Flipclean sales/service came back and reinstalled and added more. Last fall we knew we would be having a screened porch added, called Flipclean in Richmond (same company as before) back in December 2018 and advised that we would need the few gutters reinstalled and another piece added in a couple of months. We have been calling since February asking them to come and repair and add; they don't answer, don't return phone calls when we leave a message and when we have spoken with them, they always say that, "We are so busy" and/or "Don't have another job in Charlottesville".
