09/25/2024 Sadly, I must update my previous review, as the work done by this company resulted in serious leakage of water through my front windows, which caused damage to the floors, walls, and molding. David, the owner, assured me that he would stand by his work when confronted with the problem. After I sent David photos of where the problem was, I heard nothing back from him. I went so far as to give David the phone number of the builders sub contractor who was kind enough to help me isolate the problem, so that David could defend his work if he felt it wasn’t his fault. No effort was made on David’s part to speak with the contractor or come to my house when the contractor was removing the siding to assess the situation. We had our gutters replaced when we replaced our roof. Gutters leaked from day 1. They came out several times to remedy the leaks however we are almost 9 months in and they still leak between the gutter and the roof. David stopped responding and instead has his “handyman” come to make tweaks that have resulted in nothing being fixed. Sad to say but I wouldn’t use them again and don’t recommend the headache using them gives. Beyond frustrating! Updating after their response: you have the wrong customer in mind. correction, we did not skimp on gutter size, we got the deepest you offer, with gutter guards. Great service fast and timely response. David was fantastic to work with. We had gutters installed for a great price. Highly recommend to those looking for great customer care.

If Flo-Rite quotes you don’t question it just use them. David is a super owner and his crew is awesome. They replaced some horrible gutters on a house we just purchased and we could not be any happier. They look great, the price was right and his crew did a great job and cleaned up after. David is also very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We have to add some gutters and will have him back this fall to do the rest.
