Started off thinking I hired the right company to do the job. I was completely wrong! I’ve been fair and given them opportunities to properly address the issues with their installation, workmanship, and the damage they’ve inflected on our brand new boat. - 1st issue installed the lift too far back into the slip, boat could not properly fit into the slip out of the weather. (Installer and manager argumentative over this issue) - 2nd Lumber used as spacers and mounting points, product demonstration clearly states all mounting fixtures are of galvanized metal. (Manager argumentative over this issue, still has not addressed) -3rd Attempted to install the bunks to properly support the boat on the lift; failed. Boat was lifted in an unsafe manner as well as in the weather due the the lift bein

I went to Google to look up the companies # to get on their calendar for the yearly maintenance that I normally do. I was shocked at the Bad Reviews, I notice all the Bad reviews came in all at once and the person they call Mike introduced himself to me and my Husband as Michael he was so professional even tho he was young he went above and beyond to make sure our concerns and questions were answered. It's a shame that someone who is disgruntled would right such reviews. Dont take my word for it get reference # from the company and talk to the homeowners. You need to have a dock before you can leave a bad reviews. Shame on you!!!!!!!

I am on Lake Chatuge. I just used this company to replace dock floats and sell/install a jetski dock and boat lift. They did a very good job and communication was great.

Had a great experience with Mike & Scott getting my lift ready for the summer 👍🏻 great communication & got the job done & that’s all I ask for!

Mike and Scott at float air are very untrustworthy, communication from Mike is very poor. Would not recommend wasting time with float air!!!
