FloForm Countertops | Post Falls & Spokane Showroom

We purchased countertops through Lowe’s. FloForm were the installers. They were fast at getting measurements done so order could be placed. Turned out the style we wanted was on back order. We were informed right away by Amanda, that wasn’t a problem for us. Once countertops arrived at FloForm I was updated by Amanda on setting up installation they were installed perfectly. One thing I noticed was they didn’t match the small picture sample we ordered by but was told by the installation people since it’s natural stone there will be differences. Over all I like them. Apparently can’t attach video. I added a picture of the look we ordered.

Countertops all went in and they look great! Thank you for great communication from Katelyn on keeping me up to date on the scheduling and progress of the countertops. The two guys that did the actual install we great and left the project clean when they left.

The quality of the product is excellent . The installers were efficient, thorough and friendly. They explained what and how they were installing it. Seams were hidden well. They worked until the job was completed. In addition they came when they said they would arrive. Thank you.

FloForm did a great job! When they came to measure the counter he noticed my cabinets were uneven. The tech spent extra time making sure all my cabinets were level and secure. The customer service was great about following up and keeping me informed as to where we were in the project. The install looks fantastic, it is beyond what I envisioned.

Before…:(…& now. Love our new countertops! Lightened and brightened the whole kitchen & diningroom areas. So durable, so easy to clean up. I do aliot of garden preserving and even pickled beet juice and turmeric does not stain these countertops. The field seams are so well done also. FloForm has been great to work with, so personable but SO professionally- every step of the way. We ordered through Lowes, but found FloForm to be so great to work with. Thank you!!
