We had a great experience with Justin, he did a fantastic job on our new flooring. Christina was very helpful at their showroom. We were able to take samples home to see how it looked in our own lighting. Highly recommend them.

Started out as a good experience. Friendly and helpful at store and were prompt to measure on a Thursday afternoon. Supposed to have pricing for us in a day or two. Monday I left a message saying I needed the price that day. No response! We went with another company.

Had a great experience with Flood City Flooring. Better prices than Home Depot and Lowe’s and got great durable flooring for our facility. They also let us borrow their tile laminate cutter and floor roller to finish our job. Great people, great service!

Called and made an appointment for measurements & the guy never showed. without a call or anything. Completely unprofessional
