Flood Pros Water Damage Restoration

Johnny was very thorough with all four pieces of furniture. We have a toddler grandson who joins us everyday so it was just time for a good cleaning. He did a great job. They look brand new. Thank you!

Flood Pros did our remediation from water damage and the rebuild. They were professional and easy to work with, and our insurance was able to work well with them too. Every person who came to my house was polite and considerate of our space, asked for feedback and showed us what they were doing. When there were several workers here together their conversations were friendly and appropriate between each other, which made being home while they worked comfortable for me and my family. They always called well before they showed up. One time I missed the call and had just woke up when a painter arrived. I just wanted to leave a positive review for Jenny and her crew. She was great to work with, very reasonable and understanding not only with the work and price but she also expressed her concerns and condolences towards our situation in general on a more personal level than strictly business. I'd highly recommend her and her crew. They did amazing work and made it possible for us to be able to move back into our home sooner.

EDIT OF ORIGINAL REVIEW. I was not aware of the following items at the time of the original review. The outside site was cleaned up. However the interior in basement needed a vacuum and wipe down cleanup of cement and small debris on pipes, floors, and water softener lid has permanent cement that could have been washed off. There is cement residue in bottom of sump pump from cleaning of tools in laundry tub. There is a septic system and we would never clean tools that had cement on them in the laundry tub. The interior of the windows had some cut out areas along edges created when cutting out old windows. There was some cement put on the area but gaps were left. They were not cemented over to keep a clean line of the edge of the window. Looks sloppy and unprofessional. Some Pictu

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We came home around 9:30 PM to find water throughout our house and immediately called Flood Pros. Caleb and Johnny responded quickly and were incredibly thorough in explaining the entire mitigation process. They made us feel calm and reassured during a very stressful situation, which meant so much to us. We truly appreciate their professionalism and care while handling the mitigation. We’re looking forward to working with the rest of the Flood Pros team as we move into the restoration phase.
