We hired Macktown Construction to remodel our master bathroom after looking at their favorable reviews online. They were very competitive in price and did an excellent job. Everyone from their company was friendly and professional. Chad was my main contact and was very responsive whenever I contacted him. Matt spent the most time at our house doing the demolition and most of the remodel aspects. My husband, who can be quite picky, has been very impressed with his tile work and is still looking for a flaw somewhere. They were very responsive to changes we requested and did their best to accommodate our design vision. We have used Macktown Construction for a few projects over the years and are always thrilled with the results! The most recent was our master bathroom remodel. From the design process til the final walkthrough, everything was smooth and professional. We were always kept up to date on progress daily in person or thru the app. What we liked the most was how Derek thought ahead on every step of the process. This saved us time and made the final project better than expected! His attention to detail was amazing and went as far as his impeccable clean up at the end of every day!

We hired Macktown Construction to re-do our master shower. They told us it would take a week. It ended up taking 2 1/2 months but, I will say they really stand behind the workmanship. One of the porcelain walls cracked where we had the bench installed. They immediately took responsibility for it and had a new wall ordered and installed correctly at no extra cost to us. In the beginning I felt nobody was really taking ownership of our project but once Derrick took over our project it was done correctly. He was apologetic on how long it took to get it done. We were satisfied at the end and would definitely use them again for another project.
