Caleb gets 5 stars. He was very personal and attentive. He figured out how many boxes of laminate we needed for our home project. And, provided storage until we were ready for the project to be done. He was there from the start and was there the night we picked it up. He even loaded it up for us. Natalie, was there at check out with a bright smile and very helpful, 5 stars too. George, the manager is friendly which is very refreshing in today's society, 5 stars as well. Gastonia store is clean and inviting. We loved the whole experience. Since it been over 15plus years since we done any major renovationd to our home. Looking forward to a bathroom redo and will definitely be back for everything we need for that project. God Bless. Great experience! As a former flooring and stone expert I was blown away by the depth and wealth of knowledge our professional, Dee, offered us. Personable, knowledgeable, warm and friendly she was a gem. The store is super clean, well laid out and incredibly well stocked. The variety of options are endless! They also have everything you need to complete your project from saws to grout we were able to get it all. No need for a trip to Lowe’s.

Love the Floor and Decor store in Gastonia. Highly recommend Luko (designer). He’s incredible and provided expert professional design consultation that was priceless! Quez was also amazing to work with. Very patient and kind and knowledgeable. Actually everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. And prices are lower than large home improvement stores but with exceptional customer service.
