We had a great experience here at Floor and Decor. Mari in design did a great job helping us pick out a tile with matching grouts and floor. Her expertise was well appreciated. Lisa also was wonderful with helping us finalize everything. They were both so helpful and personable.

Lisa at the Murfreesboro location was absolutely amazing! Best customer service we have ever received. My husband and I were getting all of the tile and materials needed for our new build bathrooms and she walked through every step with us from getting all the boxes, choosing the grout, and all the extra materials we would need. Will definitely be coming back to see her for other projects in the future. She was wonderful!

All of the staff that I spoke to at floor and decor were extremely helpful and approached me with enthusiastic and kindness to help from the moment I walked in until I walked out. Cooper was especially helpful as he led me all the way to the aisle I needed and helped me find what I was looking for! He informed me on the product and rung me up. Great customer service!
