Sales associate was friendly and accommodating during first few interactions. Obtaining pricing on products was a challenge and seemed to be unavailable on some products. Sales associate became extremely unprofessional and rude when some products were purchased elsewhere and hung up on us. Sales associate was well aware of products being looked at elsewhere and understood our budget. Ultimately was unable to reach budget on one particular product, however, we were still prepared to purchase multiple other products. Contractor came highly recommended by friends and family and I am extremely disappointed with experience.
I would highly recommend The Floor Connection! Our kitchen looks amazing! The tile work is perfect! They were friendly, on time & tidy! Thank you so much for our dream kitchen!!!
They built me great Shower it came out perfect They were on time and very clean outstanding job
