Floor Coverings International Flagstaff

My experience with Floor Coverings International was exceptional. They transformed our entire house with stunning new flooring that looks fantastic everywhere. The process was seamless and stress-free. Tom visited our home, provided expert recommendations, and we chose LVP, which turned out to be a perfect choice. John, the installer, was outstanding—he was incredibly thorough and addressed all my questions with patience and expertise. We are absolutely thrilled with the results and would highly recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone seeking top-quality work.

I highly recommend Floor coverings International-Flagstaff. From the in-home visit/consultation to the finished installation was a great experience. All my questions were answered as I was trying to determine what type of flooring to put in. I was removing carpet and vinyl that was 20+ years old for about 700 sq. ft. of coverage (living room , dining room, kitchen and 1/2 bathroom). Tom brought samples and options, and provided a quote that was accurate (and reasonable). He outlined the options for payment, as well as the time line from accepting the quote to start and finish of the project. John the installer was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking to upgrade any type of flooring in their home. they have a huge selection and the people there are very knowledgeable and very willing to come out to your home and give you an estimate.

James from Floor Coverings International came to measure ( he could make improvements on communication and his consideration of clients/consumers schedules) he measured, counseled on the correct color of carpet to match existing tile. The real SUPERSTAR was Jarrod the installer of our new carpet pad and carpet… a one man HERO of carpet installation. Jarrod showed up on time, great communication and worked until our whole house install was done, we bought him lunch and he just worked so hard….JARROD at that point was the face of Floor Coverings International in Flagstaff, AZ The picture is Jarrod finishing at 9:30 at night with installing tie downs over the old carpet and pad……

Wonderful company and a superior staff. Tom and Michelle have been so helpful and my new flooring, laminate, carpet, tile.... all make my new house look fabulous. They have a great staff of installers. I highly recommend them if you need flooring of any type.
