FCL of Fredericksburg did an amazing job installing engineered hardwood throughout the first level of my home. They were on time, professional and communicated effectively throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

Sara and Hamid with Floor Coverings International are good people and stand by their word. We are very happy with our flooring (see attached pics). The project was slightly delayed as we ended up needing new sub flooring which added time and some flooring came into warehouse damaged so we had to wait on a room to be completed longer than expected but they handled it. It was a very large project, we went with luxury vinyl flooring and so far it looks beautiful and is the overall look we wanted. The workers did accidentally damage our stainless steel refrigerator (dents in the door) but Sara and Hamid provided payment to us for the damage as it was not covered by their insurance policy. I’m so glad I chose Floor Covering International for my flooring project. Sara and Hamid was so patient and reassuring. This was a big project and I didn’t want to be taken advantage of or disappointed. No hidden charges they were up front with the out the door price. Dani their Project Manager was professional and kept in communication with me. I would definitely recommend them for flooring projects to friends and family.

We are happy with our floors and the timing of installation. We had our basement carpet completely replaced and the entire first floor replaced the LVP. The carpet looks absolutely amazing along with the LVP. I love the colors offered along with the sales lady Sara, she made sure that we were happy and fully satisfied. I would definitely recommend them if you are in the market for new flooring. They cleaned as they went and everything was spotless.

The sales representatives (Sara and Hamid) and installation crew (Israel, Cesar, and Santiago) were fantastic. The process was fast and simple. We love our floors. We plan to have them install new carpet in the future.
