Resa and her team at FCI did a great job with a custom stair runner in my home. They came highly recommended to me by a friend who used them for refinishing hardwood floors (which turned out beautiful) and I would happily use them again, as well as recommend them to my real estate clients. Resa takes time to help with the sometimes overwhelming choices, something not every flooring company does.

This is an unusual review because I am not YET a customer of FCI. The architect designing our kitchen remodel met Resa when we were investigating Marmoleum. I panicked when the contractor appeared to be doing a poor job with the installation. I called Resa to see if she had any suggestions or whether i needed to find someone else to install. She was going to be in our area and offered to stop by and see the space and the product. In just a few minutes she was able to assure me that all was not lost and that it could be fixed. She gave me the confidence to find the installation video on line, send it to the contractor with the request that he watch, and then when he returned, i insisted he take up the first attempt and start over. Tonight the floor looks great and I'm really pleased.

Have used this company twice, excellent experiences both times. First for a small project in my rental where they had to match some existing flooring that had been tenant damaged. The match was perfect. More recently I needed new flooring for the 1800 square feet basement in my home, again they gave me the best price and excellent service. Both occasions, the owner Resa came to see me, listened to our expectations and needs and then showed me options. For the basement we didn’t want carpet due to asthma in family and wanted a product that looked like hardwood but would be waterproof and scratch/fade resistent. She came up with better options than anyone else offered. I don’t deal with pushy sales people. This company is the opposite: they have a great ethos. Will use them again!

Resa and her FCI team did an amazing job replacing my basement carpet with a luxury vinyl product. Love the result! And really appreciate their time and attention to detail in helping me select the right flooring choice. The install was efficient and stress free. Excellent experience all around.
