He was very helpful in answering questions regarding carpet padding and product quality, I had lots of questions! It was very convenient to have so many samples to test in my home. We met with Brian who very very professional, he listened to our needs and constraints. Provided us with answers to our questions about carpet types, padding, installation time and provided quotes for certain areas that we requested so we could see the investments for each area.
