The whole process felt easy and low-stress, which I really appreciated. The new carpet looks amazing, and the team got everything installed faster than I expected. We had our living room, kitchen, and our master bedroom changed from poorly laid solid wood floors and carpet to glue down LVP (Luxury Vinyl Planking) by Karndean. Janna was our representative from the Floor Coverings International. She did a great job of providing samples and advising us what wear thickness we would need that would stand up to my wife's wheelchair. She was there to answer our questions, even after hours. The crew that installed our floors Diego and Frank (They did a great job) completed the job in 3 days. Ripping out the old wood floor and carpet, and installing the glue down LPV. This is the 2nd time if used them for luxury vinyl plank installation in a 3rd floor 1200 sq ft condo and they’ve been great to work with. The price was fair, they were flexible with install dates, and they moved furniture, removed carpet, and finished the install and trim all in 1 day. Highly recommend this firm.

Floor Coverings International replaced damaged hardwood flooring in my entry. The process was easy. The team installing my floor boards was wonderful. They were polite, friendly, and quick. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. I experienced excellent customer service and would use this company again.
