I wanted new carpet for my home office and haven’t been happy with the big box store experience & results in the past. I researched Casey’s company and saw that it had an A+ BBB rating so scheduled an in-home consultation. Casey came on a Saturday (didn’t need to take time off of work), listened to what I wanted, narrowed down options based on what I said and brought them into the room from his mobile unit. He was very knowledgeable of the pros/cons of each option. Received a quote quickly, order/installation went fast. Very happy with the experience & my berber carpeting!

My husband and I purchased our home about 2 years ago. The home had brand new floating flooring. This was actually one of the selling points for us as my wheelchair bound mother lives with us and it would make it so much easier for her to maneuver vs carpeting. Unfortunately, floating flooring and wheelchairs do not get along, and soon there were planks that were lifting and needed to be taped down to keep her from catching the sharp edges when her wheels would go over the planks. I knew the flooring would need to be replaced for her safety. I reached out to a couple local flooring companies for estimates. Casey was great, due to our life and business we wanted a certain day for them to come out for an estimate and Casey came himself to make sure we got the estimate. Was friendly and informational. Even discussed current deals going on. They had great turn around to get the job done. Gentleman installing the floor was very respectful and did a great job. We will definitely be using Casey and his company again. Wouldn’t use any other company.

Couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with FCI. From the initial consult to installation, all was seamless.
