SMA Exteriors made my vision a reality and exceeded all our expectations. We met with many siding companies in the metro area before choosing to work with SMA. Steve was great to work with. He immediately understood my vision and suggested products that were affordable, yet gave our home the custom upscale appearance I was looking for. Steve is great at communicating and follow through. Moreover, his siding team is top tier! Vitaly is an artist! He took the time to get every corner and angle perfect. Vitaly also has great communication and worked with us directly through the entire process. SMA Exteriors is an excellent locally-owned business. They are true craftsmen and made our house beautiful at a very competitive price.

Working with Nick and SMA we had a great experience having them update the exterior of our home with new siding, gutters and accents to modernize our homes curb appeal. SMA also worked with us on new windows and were super flexible about what we wanted. Like all projects this size there were challenges but Nick and SMA adjusted with the best outcome. The installers worked in harsh conditions and were great to work with. Finally, communications was excellent. At any time or day of the week Nick was available to answer our questions to ease all anxiety. We highly recommend SMA for your home facelift large or small.

SMA put new roof on the house and garage, and new siding on the garage, patching some siding on the house, and a new gutter on garage. Couldn't recommend them more! Doug and Steve were delightful to work with, so were the siding and roofing teams, very attentive and patient, and they didn't try to upsell certain items that other contractors did for the same projects. And the prices were absolutely fair. I wouldn't hesitate to call them up for our next project.

We found SMA while price checking other companies on some siding work and a deck replacement and we are very glad we did! Our sales representative Nick Benjamin was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive and honest, pricing was fair, he was there every step of the way to answer any questions, and was not at all pushy. Nathan and his crew built our deck and surpassed all our expectations. I am a very detail oriented person and his attention to detail was second to none, we are very impressed with his workmanship. Nathan also answered any question we had before, during, and after construction.
