We had laminate placed throughout our upstairs. Amy was patient and helped me find a flooring choice that was good quality, fit in our budget, and worked well in our space. Total time from choosing our flooring and signing the contract to install was under three weeks. Alex did our installation and he was fantastic. Our flooring and baseboards look great, we are so happy with it all! We did three bedrooms, kitchen, dining, and living spaces and instillation only took two days! They moved our furniture and cleaned up when they were done. We have the basement to tackle next and will be using floor coverings again. Thanks for a great experience!

Amy and Rex displayed outstanding teamwork by meticulously addressing all our questions and showcasing exceptional expertise. The flooring installation team was prompt, polite, extremely professional, and among the most hardworking individuals I have ever encountered. The new flooring has completely transformed our home, providing a rejuvenated and refreshed look.

Rex and Amy are top notch. We had a contract to do a bathroom/bedroom remodel with what we thought was a reputable contractor. The contractor misused our large down payment and filed bankruptcy leaving us with nothing. I contacted Amy because Floor Coverings International is where the contractor had supposedly ordered our ONYX shower system (It was never ordered due to nonpayment by the contractor). When I called Amy, she came to our house that day, worked with us to order the ONYX, and also worked with us on flooring and tile. Amy also recommended a new contractor that has been great. Bottom line is that Amy and Rex have done all they could to help us. I would very strongly recommend Amy and Rex to anyone who asks.

Quick and easy! I used them to install carpet at my rental. It was nice and easy to see the options/ samples they have available inside their van. I needed it quickly as I didn’t have much time for installation, and they were able to get it installed within a short period of time. Very friendly installer, and cleaned up after he was done. Great owners, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I am so glad picking FCI to install runner on my basement stairs. Had the initial consultation with Amy and she was very friendly and easy to work with. She listened to what kind of runner we want and gave us several recommendation. After the consultation, she checked the quote again to make sure it is accurate and found that the computer program overly estimated the materials needed. She adjusted the quote and was able save us some money! Rex is the project manager and he is responsive to my call/text regarding the installation schedule. Forgot the name of the installer but they did an amazing job. They made sure the runner was installed perfectly down to the smallest details. They cleaned up the work area after they completed and then Rex stopped by to check the final result. I highly re
