Tankless water heater installed. Works amazing! The guys came out, punctual, they kept us involved with every step of the installation, consulted us on heater and every pipe including what they will do when we have them back to flush the system. Excellent knowledge of product(s) and service(s) that they (the company as a whole) provide!

At 57 years old, I have never had to call a plumbing company to take care of a clogged line but had to so today, on a Saturday of course, We called 11 different companies. They either didn't answer or couldn't come out for 1 - 3 days. The two gentlemen that came out were exceptionally nice, and easy to deal with. Issue was resolved, and the charge was very reasonable. While I hope to never have to call a plumbing company again... if I do, this is the ONLY company I will call! Exceptionally impressed, and thankful!

We had Justin come out and fix our slow drain In our kitchen and put in a new faucet in our bathroom. Justin was very helpful and very efficient. He even asked how I wanted my faucets to face since I had a curved sink. We have done business with Ontime Plumbing for quite a few years and have always been pleased with their work.

Willie and Brian and the other plumbers were very professional, courteous, prompt. I especially appreciated Willie keeping us in the loop as to progress- getting information from the city as to who to talk to and what we needed to accomplish the tasks, etc. Willie was very reliable and did what he said he would do. Working with the city was very difficult, with first finding the correct person to talk to and then getting the right information from the city staff. One employee told both Willie and myself what we needed which turned out to completely incorrect when the city crew showed up. Willie kept his cool and continued trying to figure out the right information. He was successful finally, and my house was connected to the city water supply today. I woke this morning to a non functioning heater. I called and was given an immediate appointment. The tech was prompt, polite, and worked quickly to get my system back up and running. The cost was affordable and I appreciate Javier being patient and explaining what he needed to do to get things working again. He had to leave for a part but quickly returned to get it installed. I highly recommended On Time for all your heating needs. I will be saving them for future needs. As a home owner I need a trusted and affordable company I can do business with and am so happy with the results.
