Working with FCI was a great experience from start to finish. Erick and Sharee were incredibly helpful in guiding me to the right style and color for my space. Having a full-size sample delivered to my home within days made the decision so much easier. The installation was professional and seamless, and Gabe checked in multiple times to ensure everything was done correctly and that we were completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend FCI for anyone considering new flooring.

Erick, Sharee and the whole team are fantastic to work with. Erick showed up for the quote and brought tons of samples and put up with all of my questions. I had quotes from other companies and they made me feel like they I was wasting their time. Erick was not like that at all. He was knowledgeable and always responsive. The install crew was awesome as well. Gabe was friendly and talked me through any issues they found. My whole house looks and feels bigger now having these beautiful floors done. Highly recommend this team.

I give this company 5 stars from start to finish! Sharee was amazing as she coordinated the entire project. She was always very pleasant to communicate with. Devon came right to my house with all of the floor samples on hand and was very helpful and patient with me and he helped me decide what would work best for me and my budget. My dog also enjoyed his attention. ♡ When the install team showed up they were all very professional and efficient . They helped me turn my ugly basement from drab to Fab!! Now my family and my grandkids have a fun and comfortable space that they can enjoy and hangout in!

Our experience with FCI was exceptional, from start to finish. Erick was extremely knowledgeable and was able to measure, show samples and give us an estimate in one visit to our home. Sharee' communicated with us regularly on the process and progress of ordering and installation and the installation crew, Will and Ryan, were professional, courteous, and kept us informed as they went. They did an amazing job! I would recommend FCI to anyone in the market for new flooring!

What a difference a great floor can make! Eric and his team did a great job with my commercial space. They helped us choose the right flooring and came out early on in the project to measure and show us samples onsite. It made all the difference.
